As the funny picture says above, food and sleep are essentials for our survival. When we are younger it's what we appreciate the most. As we get older we start to become more inquisitive, asking such things like "What really is the meaning of life and why am I here?" or "Who am I really?". Or it could be something as simple as "How do I let go of the stress and anxiety that overwhelms me?"
Inner calm can be a tricky thing to find in this fast paced world of ours. However it does exist! When you are there, balanced in the moment, everything is as it should be and you feel peaceful at the deepest levels of your being. Come on out to our Morning Meditation session this Saturday and find your inner balance.
