Walking Up to the Top of Wudang Mountain is Truly a Taoist Tradition
Wudang Shan (Mountain) in China is number one in the hierarchy of sacred Taoist mountains. Monasteries & Buildings on the summit were made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994, and has long been known as a centre for Chinese martial arts like Tai Chi.

The mountain's rugged peaks covered in old-growth forest, along with its ancient monasteries -- some built to fit the contours of the cliffs, others to mirror them -- are well worth the adventure. The natural setting is so photogenic that it was chosen for background scenes for the internationally acclaimed movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon".

Heading up to Swim at the Neer Garth Waterfall in Rishikesh
One of the gems of being in Rishikesh, India is a visit to the beautiful Neer Garh Waterfall. A short but amazing walk through the forest and up to the swimming waterfall pool, will take you by many shallow pools like you see in this video. As you walk you will see lots of beautiful wild flowers, monkeys and different species of colourful butterflies. There are many places to stop along the way and rest. If you like you can purchase Chai tea and a snack from the small vender kiosks, while you rest and listen to the sound of the soothing water.

Tao Travel - Journeys that Enlighten your Soul

Two amazing journeys:

“I am immensely excited to share these adventure travel retreats with you because I know it will change your life as it has mine. For those who know me,  I have traveled the world and have had life changing experience learning from other cultures, countries, and people.

What surprised me the most in my travels and continues to be the fuel that drives me forward is what I learned about myself. My outer journey sparked an unprecedented inner journey that allowed me to grow into a complete person. This has been such an amazing discovery that it felt wrong to keep it to myself. I had to share this with someone, anyone, everyone!

I would return from my journeys time and time again and share my stories of physical and spiritual travel only to have those I was speaking with listen to me, but not hear me. I realized that talk wasn’t going to do it, if I wanted people to really understand and reap benefits and spiritual wisdom… they would have to make the journey with me!

That was it! I was the key, and I knew I had to bring these people to fulfillment… literally.”
