coaching, Reiki, hypnotherapy, traveling and adventure on multi-dimensions HEARTWARMING. When we were at the Great Wall, I announced on Facebook that I would be going live on video feed to show everyone what it was like as we walked on this
iconic breathtaking, long, mountainous winding "Earth Dragon". At least that's one of the names they called it in the past. There were a number of people who joined in and watched as we
started our journey and we had many thumbs up and hearts. More recently I received a message from a facebook friend who I've never met before. He sent me a comment on just how important that event was for him. With his permission, I've posted what he said below:
"Happy New Year Sifu, hope all
is well with you. I would like to thank you again for sharing the pictures and live videos of your trips. I have to be honest and open with you, the day you shared the live video when you were on the great wall... I was honestly moved to tears Sir. My daughter was sitting with me watching the video...when I realized you were on the Great Wall the tears began for me and I quietly said, thank you Sifu for sharing. My daughter smiled at me and said 'see you may not be able to go physically dad, but
you have been now'. I thank you again so much. It may sound silly to others, but I think from our conversations you may understand". - Mike Nelson - Alberta, Canada
I forgot to tell Mike just how much he touched my heart when I read what he wrote, knowing how much it meant to him.
LIVING LIKE A ZEN MONK. That's right, for a week at the Golgulsa Zen Temple in South Korea I was just that. Not once did I feel nervous about the north of the country. Perhaps it was because I was blissed out with
the various Zen Buddhist practices at the temple?
This short clip is 5:30am chanting, followed by meditation.
HOT STUFF AHEAD! What can I say about the fire dancers in the Philippines on Sabang Beach? Only that they
were truly a spectacle to admire!
