Have you heard the Hindu story of Sati who became Paravati? You can hear it here with one of our lovely local guides Esha Rana, who lives in Rishikesh. She will take us to the the top or Rishikesh and take delight in viewing a beautiful sunrise at Kunjapuri Temple. Did you know that Kunja (which is part of this temples name) in English it means "breast"? Esha will explain to us how that came to be with the story of Shiva and how this Hindu God came to make Paravati rise from the ashes and become Sati. The view from up here is truly amazing you will love it, I guarantee it. Oh, watch the video to the end and you will see a Gray langur monkey sitting close to us. They are actually all around the temple.
