This year we saw an leaders of an organization called Avaaz join us on Wudang Mountain for Tai Chi, Meditation plus group insight and synergy exercises. Here is a short video, where we are practicing with our Shifu (local teacher) in the Purple Heaven Temple, on Taoist Wudang Mountain.
